Gluten Free

Some of you have asked if we are certified gluten free. The short answer is no, we are not. However, I take every precaution to ensure that my products are gluten free. I currently package everything from my home and am extremely mindful of cross-contamination. I keep my ingredients separate from anything in my home that contains gluten.
I am far more cautious here than I ever was in the restaurant. I limit what comes into my home, I don't keep bread or flour here. On rare occasions, I might bring in a sandwich for my personal consumption, but it's kept well away from my packaging area.
That said, I am actively looking for a space where I can operate in a certified gluten free environment Fingers crossed that happens sooner rather than later.\
In the meantime, I want to assure you that I treat gluten free safety with the utmost seriousness. While I may not have a certification yet, I follow strict protocols to keep my products safe for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
